Return & Refund Policy — 712 Jigs

At 712 Jigs, every jig is handmade with care and inspected before it leaves our shop. Because of the nature of custom, hand-tied fishing lures, we do not accept traditional returns. However, your satisfaction matters, and we’ll always work with you if something isn’t right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or the item has a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

Order Errors

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size, color, quantity, etc.), let us know within 7 days and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used items

  • Custom orders

  • Color selections made in error by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not available.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim.
